"Abacus looked after my widowed father from when his combination of Parkinson's Disease and Lewy Bodies Dementia began to compromise his ability to live independently right through to his calm death in his own home a month ago. I owe so much to them because they gave my father dignity when his cruel disease was taking every piece of him away. He had the same carers right through his illness who were all bright, positive, friendly and incredibly good at all the demands of caring. My father's disease would see his condition plateau out for period of time, only to take a sudden dip with little warning. The responsiveness of his care management was brilliant, with every dip the care manager would increase his care within a day or two. It meant Dad got the best quality of life at every stage of his illness and could maximise what he could do. His care increased up to 24hr care when he declined into End-Stage Parkinson's. As I grieve, every day I give thanks for his great care."

We were always able to contact them at any time of the day if we had any concerns and they reciprocated, informing us daily.
